As with any business, it is very important to meet the ones you’ll be working with—especially if you’re going to let them rip apart your house.

But fret not. All of our craftsmen are highly skilled professionals. Many have been in the remodeling industry their entire life. Each and every one of them work long and hard to make sure you, the homeowner, are completely satisfied throughout the process, and with the finished product. They are the heart of Southwestern Remodeling. We honor them greatly, and we know you will too.

	Skip Armstrong MEMBER SINCE 1991 Skip is the ultimate stain man. He’s responsible for painting and staining all trim and custom cabinetry.
	Ron Tilson MEMBER SINCE 1986 Since joining our team, Ron has built and designed redwood decks exclusively. It would be very difficult to find a better deck man in the state of Kansas. He is a true craftsman and artist.
	Craig Ferguson MEMBER SINCE 1997 In the construction industry since 1979, Craig is responsible for doing our custom cabinetry, specialized trim and other woodwork that may be needed.
	Steve Glass MEMBER SINCE 2007 A career carpenter, Steve is a master of all types of remodeling, but will most likely be in your home for a detailed interior project. Steve will be your man from start to finish and will manage your project with the same skill he performs the actual carpentry work.

	Matt Rausch MEMBER SINCE 1997 Matt is a lead exterior carpenter. You will see Matt at your home for a room addition, garage, or siding project. Matt is highly skilled in all facets of exterior renovation.He and his team can build a basic garage from start to finish in 7 business days. He is also highly skilled in framing and siding application.
	Jeremy Billington MEMBER SINCE 1997 Jeremy has been a siding applicator for several years, but you'll also see him in your home assisting a framing or window installation crew.
	Gerald Horn MEMBER SINCE 1997 Gerald is an expert vinyl siding applicator. Gerald may also be at your home for window installations. He often assists in large window replacement projects.
	Brady Horn MEMBER SINCE 2007 Brady is the second half to the Horn brother team. Brady will be assisting Gerald in all kinds of remodeling at your home. You will most likely see them if you have a window or siding project.

	Tony Kirk MEMBER SINCE 1999 Tony cut his teeth at Southwestern working with project superintendent John Wharton. Since 2005 Tony has been a lead exterior carpenter building room additions and garages.
	Joel Gomez-Garcia MEMBER SINCE 2001 Joel is our clean-up man. He is responsible for leaving your home as clean, if not cleaner, than when the construction process began.
	Mike Billington MEMBER SINCE 2002 Mike is a lifetime siding applicator. Mike is the first generation of the father and son siding team of Jeremy and Mike. You are likely to see Mike at your home for vinyl siding installation or assisting in a window replacement project.
	Tom Comstock MEMBER SINCE 1992 Tom is a great utility carpenter. SInce joining Southwestern Remodeling Tom has been performing all kinds of exterior carpentry. Most recently Tom has been assisting Ron Tilson on redwood deck construction.
	Orlando Rowand MEMBER SINCE 2007 We are lucky to have Orlando on our staff. There is not a facet of remodeling that Orlando cannot manage. He is currently the second half of the team lead by assistant super Ricky L'Heureux.

	Richard Hanafin MEMBER SINCE 2003 Richard is the lead carpenter on our roofing crew. A lifetime roofing professional Richard is skilled at all types of residential roofing appilications.
	John Hux MEMBER SINCE 2003 John has extensive experience in sheetrock application, and has been in the industry as a sheetrock installer since 1997. You are likely to see him at your home putting the finishing touches on a room-addition project.
	Brandon Rickel MEMBER SINCE 2004 Brandon is a long time associate of Southwestern and was a part of the team for a long periond of time in the 90's. We are happy to have him back. Brandon is a master interior carpenter. You will see him at your home for all imaginable kinds of interior remodels from a full kitchen replacement to a basement finish.
	Jason Knolla MEMBER SINCE 2007 Jason cut his teeth in the commercial construction industry fabricating concrete countertops and installing high end restaurant finishes. Since joining Southwestern Jason has been working with Brandon Rickel on large scale interior remodeling.

	Tracy Dayton MEMBER SINCE 2006 Tracy has recently returned to Wichita to rejoin family members and has become a part of the Southwestern family in the process. Tracy is new to our team but has been in the remodeling business for several years. Tracy is an interior craftsman and will most likely be seen at your home for bathroom or kitchen remodeling. He also frequently works with other lead carpenters on larger projects requiring a 2 man crew.
	Mitch Johnson MEMBER SINCE 2006 We are proud to welcome Mitch back to our team. Mitch was with us for a large part of the 90’s and has returned to the family. Mitch will most likely be seen at your home for a room addition project but has expertise in all types of structural remodeling.
	Omar Moreno MEMBER SINCE 2006 Omar has recently returned to Wichita from Nebraska to rejoin family. Omar is Joel Garcia’s cousin and has become an integral part of our family as well. Omar is the second half of the crew lead by Mitch Johnson. Omar is new to our team but has learned quickly while working with Mitch after cutting his teeth working with Joel our project detail supervisor. Omar is also the second half of our sheetrocking team along with crew lead John Hux.
	Bob Peterson MEMBER SINCE 2008 Bob is a lifetime carpenter and has recently returned to Wichita from long stints in Florida and Oregon managing large crews of disaster repair carpenters. We are excited to have Bob as a part of the SWR family. He will be at your home with Matt Rausch for all kinds of structural remodeling.
	Mike Miller MEMBER SINCE 2009 A new addition to our team. Mike is a lead interior that will most likely be at your home for a basement finish or kitchen remodeling project.
	David Pritchett MEMBER SINCE 2007 David is a lead interior experienced in all sorts of interior remodeling. You will most likely see David at your home finishing a room addition project or handling a bathroom remodel from start to finish.
	Russell Harmon MEMBER SINCE 2007 Russell is a man of many talents. You will most likely meet Russell when you have interior remodeling project. Russell also assists Assistant Superintendent Ricky L'Heureux on window and door installations.
	Rob Progrant MEMBER SINCE 2009 Rob is a utility carpenter and is the second half of Tony Kirk's exterior crew. Rob is skilled at all sorts of exterior construction.
