As with any business, it is very important to meet the ones you’ll be working with—especially if you’re going to let them rip apart your house.

But fret not. All of our craftsmen are highly skilled professionals. Many have been in the remodeling industry their entire life. Each and every one of them work long and hard to make sure you, the homeowner, are completely satisfied throughout the process, and with the finished product. Since joining our team, Ron has built and designed redwood decks exclusively. It would be very difficult to find a better deck man in the state of Kansas. He is a true craftsman and artist.

Skip is the ultimate stain man. He’s responsible for painting and staining all trim and custom cabinetry.

Sylvester came to our team highly recommended.  Sylvester lead a large property maintenance team before coming to Southwestern.  You will see him at your home for all kinds of projects, but Sylvester typically teams with Mitch Johnson on our interior structure crew.

Ken is a master carpenter in virtually every aspect of construction. Ken started with Southwestern as a lead man on a room addition crew, then later transitioned into finish carpentry. You will see Ken at your home for kitchen and bath remodeling, as well as basement finishing.

Steve is the most recent addition to the Southwestern family.  A career carpenter, Steve is a master of all types of remodeling, but will most likely be in your home for a detailed interior project.  Steve will be your man from start to finish and will manage your project with the same skill he performs the actual carpentry work.
