These are just some of the key attributes of the Southwestern Remodeling management team. Each of our four core members is responsible for unifying the various aspects of day-to-day operations. They serve as the main coordinating link between the sales staff, homeowner, workforce, and the entire construction process. They have made Southwestern Remodeling the company it is today, and the company it will be tomorrow.

	Art Bryan Art Bryan started Southwestern Remodeling as a one-man operation in 1970. Since then, he has turned the company into a 35+ employee, multi-million dollar remodeling powerhouse. What’s more impressive than the numbers, is the quality work that Art’s highly skilled team continues to do each day. It is this exemplary work, and Art’s keen business sense, that has turned Southwestern Remodeling into the premiere remodeling firm in South-Central Kansas, and according to Qualified Remodeler magazine, one of the best in the country.
	John Wharton MEMBER SINCE 1987 As our project superintendent and master carpenter, John is one of the biggest assets to Southwestern Remodeling. With over 20 years of general contracting experience, and employment with us, he has seen and done it all. His vast experience and veteran talent allow him to complete any remodeling project, no matter the size or difficulty. John is also responsible for project planning, and handling any technical challenges that arise.
	Ricky L'Heureux MEBER SINCE 1987 Ricky is our assistant superintendent and cornerstone of Southwestern Remodeling. He is extremely skilled in every aspect of remodeling, from framing to trim work, and will most likely be seen in your home if we are installing windows or replacing doors. Ricky is also very good at trouble-shooting, and can solve any challenge he is faced with immediately.
	Chad Bryan MEMBER SINCE 2002 Since early childhood chad has made southwestern remodeling part of his extended family, growing up in the business. After graduating from the university of Kansas in 2002 chad has quickly became an integral part of southwestern.  Chad is the general manager of the company and wears many hats.  Chad manages the day to day operations of the company working closely with both the field and office staff to ensure your Southwestern Remodeling experience is top notch.
