Think of our salesmen as project coordinators. Not only will they professionally design and bid your project, but they will also be involved throughout it. They have a wealth of knowledge and are here to answer any questions, or to implement any of your changes.

Design On Demand

Something we offer, that typical remodeling firms do not, is an in-house architectural design center. With the latest technology, our sales staff will provide computer aided design renderings of your project using both Chief architect and 20/20 Design software. This helps us visualize, plan and prepare for the remodeling task at hand, and allows the homeowner to see what his or her house will soon look like.

Some are born with a silver spoon. Craig was born with a metal hammer. Working for his father’s construction company since he was a kid, Craig easily became an expert on the construction process and design aspects of a project. This expertise lets him visualize a project during the design phase, which gives the homeowner great in-depth detail of the construction process.

As our personnel manager, Jeff is largely responsible for keeping Southwestern Remodeling going in a unified direction. He specializes in garage sales and coordination, but is also involved in numerous other projects. He is one of the main reasons for Southwestern Remodeling’s success.

Harold Ketcherside

With a business degree from Emporia State, and a graduate of the Dale Carnegie business communication course, Harold has just what it takes to be our Sales Manager. He is responsible for coordinating sales meetings and changes in the sales policy. You will most likely see Harold in your home with any room addition or redwood deck installation.

Roger is one of the best home, kitchen and bath design guys. Since starting in the business in 1967, Roger has been accredited in several design areas, has his National Kitchen and Bath Association certification, and has completed intensive programs in CAD imaging.

Kelly Mans

Since joining our team Kelly has quickly become an integral part of our sales and design staff. Kelly specializes in window replacement and siding application. Kelly has amassed an unbelievable amount of product knowledge, and will be able to assist with any window or siding question you may have. Kelly has also began branching in to all aspects of remodeling project design and estimating.

 

TOM KIRK

MEMBER SINCE 2007

Tom is a new addition to our team but has been in the remodeling sales, design, and project management business for nearly 15 years.  Tom is currently working with the other estimators to get his feet wet with our process.  Tom will most likely be in your home for a window or siding estimate.
